As the founder, Principal Designer & Stager at Design Quest Interiors I specialize in designing spaces that reflect the needs and lifestyles of clients with varying budgets. Whether it be prepping your home for a profitable sale, renovating an outdated interior, or re-styling it to better serve your family, my experience in Interior Design and Real Estate services give me a unique perspective on not only what it takes to create a home, but what it takes to sell one.
I’m Kelli Kelliher and my clients often tell me that I have a comfortable and approachable personality and a style that contributes to my success. My experience and education in real estate staging, interior design, home renovations, and space planning, have helped me provide outstanding service to clients and sellers in New Hampshire, and beyond.
My degree is in Interior Design, however, I also have a Staging Certificate in CPD Staged to Sell. Though inactive, I have possessed a *New Hampshire real estate license for over 30 years which provides me a unique expertise and understanding of the dynamics involved in the Realtor© | Client | Stager relationship. Staging is marketing and merchandising a space in a way that excites, inspires, and motivates 'lookers' to buy based on emotion. We're creating an emotional connection between the buyer and the home. We want them to leave your home with a gripping reaction, a vision of their future and a desire for the lifestyle to be lived there; one that no other home can convey.

Our staging services help homeowners uncover the sense of place and the stories that new buyers respond too. You know, those memories that made that house your home. Those are the images and emotions you want to relay at every single showing, but without your personal taste and specific design style making it difficult for the buyer to imagine their personal style. After all, staging is not interior design or decorating; those services are extremely personalized, taste specific, and meant to suit an individual client’s personal style, needs and preferences. Staging is marketing, of course with a bonus of being beautiful.

I strongly believe that staging is the new ‘norm’ in selling real estate. The real estate world has evolved vastly over the last few decades, including how we sell our homes. The goal of staging is to position your property to gain the highest ROI. Quite simply, staging is a marketing and merchandising tool used to appeal to the highest number of buyers to solicit an offer in the least amount of time. Generally speaking, the décor style is transitional, similar to what you’d see in a hotel lobby, model home or magazine. This style appeals to many, not just one group or individual. Keep in mind that staging is most often less than a price reduction!
